2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost
6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse
Items returned after the return window
